Hello, I’m Michael

My passion lies in working with individuals striving to create balance in their lives.  I draw on both my personal experience as well as my diverse educational background when mentoring individuals that are working to make meaningful changes in their lives.  I believe we all continue to grow when given the right tools and support to do so.

Ketamine Integration Support Services

Preparation and Intention Setting

Our first session together will allow us to clarify and set intentions for your first Ketamine session. This will give us the opportunity to get to know one another better and for you to ask any questions you might have about your upcoming appointments.  You will leave this appointment with clear intentions for the healing work you are about to do.

Low-Dose Ketamine Troche Sessions

Our following sessions will utilize mindfulness practices and shamanic drumming to help you explore the reasons you find yourself stuck in old patterns. These practices will be used in conjunction with your provider prescribed low-dose ketamine “maintenance” doses in the comfort of your own home. When combined with low-dose ketamine, these practices help us better understand the things that continue to create difficulty in our lives while also creating a safe space to do healing around them. I am available for both in-home and telehealth sessions depending on your location and preference.

Integration and Mentoring Sessions

Continuing the integration process after Ketamine Therapy is perhaps the most essential component to ongoing success. These sessions will offer you support as you continue to navigate your life after Ketamine Therapy has ended. Sessions will include integration work and goal setting. They are designed to help you stay accountable to your goals while also offering you support  through the challenges you may face moving forward.

More About Ketamine

Ketamine clinics often utilize both high-dose and low-dose ketamine for the treatment of medication resistant depression, anxiety, suicidality, PTSD and other conditions. Often times these clinics will provide you with a “sitter’ that will be with you through high-dose Ketamine sessions done in the clinic. The “sitter” is there to make sure you are safe and comfortable throughout the experience. This is extremely helpful for people new to Ketamine as the first few experiences can be a little disorienting. Research has shown that it is incredibly helpful to use Ketamine in conjunction with regular psychotherapy in order to best integrate these experiences.

Most clinics will also prescribe ‘maintenance doses’ of low-dose Ketamine to take at home. These maintenance doses are typically taken in-between and after your high-dose ketamine sessions. This is usually a passive experience where the user takes a Ketamine lozenge (know as a Troche) in the comfort of their own home.

Research shows that Ketamine therapy is most effective when it is combined with a lot of support. This includes ongoing therapy and support from others that are familiar with the healing properties of this medicine.

About Me

Desert Rainbow.jpg

I was born and raised in New Jersey. During my teenage and early adult years I struggled to find my way.  I turned to drugs and alcohol to cope with the many issues in my life I was afraid to address.  I spent many years suffering and hurting the people close to me.  In time, I came to understand that I had been using drugs to escape the pain in my life that I was unwilling to look at.  Slowly, I started to address the things I had been running from for so long and my life began to change.

During this time, I continued to learn about other treatment modalities and healing practices that helped further transform my life.  Medicines, such as Ketamine, played a large part in my healing process. These medicines allowed me to process information in completely new ways than I had in the past, which helped me find healing in ways that I didn’t even know were possible. It was as if these medicines allowed me to see and work with my pain without getting caught in the drama of it all.

If there’s one thing I’ve learned on my journey, it’s that healing rarely happens without support.  It is a process that asks us to humble ourselves and ask for help. I am so grateful to have had the opportunity to heal in this way and I am excited to support others while they work with these incredible tools.
